Debashis Ghosh is Professor of the Department of Biostatistics and Informatics at the Colorado School of Public Health. He served as Chair
for over ten years before stepping down in 2024. Previously, he was a faculty member in the Department of Biostatistics at the University of Michigan and the Department of
Statistics at Penn State University. His research interests focus on statistical machine learning, causal modelling and
biomarker evaluation with applications in cancer. At the University of Colorado, he has developed collaborations in imaging,
infectious disease and environmental health.
